Olufemi is an accomplished Financial Analyst, Banker and strategist. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Nigeria. He has over eighteen years working experience spanning Banking, Financial Consultancy, Business Advisory and Deal sturucting. He has been involved in Advisory services to HSBC, Centrica and IE Singapore, etc. Olufemi has MBA from the Prestigious Lancaster University Mnanagment School, UK. He Is also an alumnus of HEC Montreal, Canada. He has undergone several training in Nigeria, Europe and Canada from top firms including Coverdale Consulting group and Dale Carnegie.

While in UK in 2008, He led a consulting team to develop a strategic management plan on how to increase market share in the commercial banking Division in the North West Region of HSBC, UK. He has also consulted for Hydrocarbon Resources Limited (HRL) on existing processes and initiated a plan to transform HRL into a customer focused company. He is married with children.
